(Breezy & busy)First day back to work or if you can call my service to the community work. This throws off my sleep in schedule but yet it's nice to have a purpose already planned for the day. After class I worked out for 30 min. on the eliptical machine to Michael Jackson.... I love the song "gonna be startin' something." The line "I sing out to the world that I beleive in me so you beleive in you.... mama say mama sa momacinsa" that is some great wisdom. Riding my energy roller coaster I am enjoying the breeze and sing out into the world....
